For patients

Finding the right provider starts here

01

Tell us what you need

Type a specialty, condition, or provider name. Add your insurance and location to narrow it down. Results update as you type.

02

Compare with confidence

Every provider has a Clarity Score, verified credentials, patient reviews, and insurance details. Compare two providers side by side and see the differences that matter.

03

Reach out directly

Send an inquiry from any provider profile. They respond straight to your email. You don't need an account, and there's no phone tree to sit through.

Quality you can trust

The Clarity Score: earned, never paid for.

Every provider on FindClarity has a Clarity Score based on nine data points. It measures how complete their profile is, whether their credentials are verified, and how quickly they respond to patients. You can't buy a higher score.

  • Profile completeness
  • Verification status
  • Insurance data accuracy
  • Location accuracy
  • Patient review volume
  • Review sentiment
  • Response rate
  • Response time
  • Years in practice

Powered by public data

Sourced from the authorities. Not self-reported.

We pull records from four types of government and regulatory sources, then cross-reference them so you get one accurate profile per provider instead of conflicting information from five different sites.

NPI Registry

Every licensed provider in the country gets an NPI number from the federal government. We pull name, specialty, credential, and practice address data directly from NPPES.

CMS & Medicare

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services publish provider enrollment, quality measures, and participation data. We use it to verify active practice status.

State licensing boards

Each state publishes license status, disciplinary actions, and board certifications. We cross-reference these records to confirm credentials are current.

Machine-readable insurer files

Under federal transparency rules, insurers publish which providers accept which plans. We parse these files so you get real insurance data, not self-reported guesses.

For providers

Your patients are already searching.

Over 5.6 million providers already have a profile on FindClarity. Yours is probably one of them. Claim it, fill in the details, and patients can reach you directly.

Step 01

Claim your profile

Search for your name or NPI number, verify your identity through your practice email or phone, and take ownership of your listing in minutes.

Step 02

Complete your profile

Add your bio, office photos, services, insurance plans you accept, and a video intro. More complete profiles show up higher in search results.

Step 03

Connect with patients

Patients send inquiries from your profile page. You respond to their email. There's no middleman and no per-message fee.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Searching, reading reviews, comparing providers, and sending inquiries are all free. You don't even need an account. We make money from optional paid features that let providers add more detail to their profiles.

No. You can search, compare, and contact providers without signing up. If you want to save favorite providers or track your inquiry history, you can optionally create a free account.

Federal and state public records: the NPI Registry, CMS/Medicare data, state licensing boards, and machine-readable insurer files. We cross-reference across sources instead of trusting providers to self-report.

A number we calculate from nine things: profile completeness, verification status, insurance accuracy, location accuracy, review volume, review sentiment, response rate, response time, and years in practice. Providers can't pay to raise it. The only way to get a higher score is to have better data and be more responsive.

No. Search ranking is determined by relevance, Clarity Score, and proximity. Paid features let providers add more detail to their profiles (photos, videos, services), but paying does not change where they appear in organic results. Sponsored listings are always clearly labeled.

On any provider profile, click "Send Inquiry" and fill out the short form with your question or appointment request. Your message goes directly to the provider, and they respond to the email address you provide. No FindClarity account required.

We re-pull federal and state data regularly. Claimed providers can update their own profiles whenever they want. Reviews and insurance info update as we get new data from our sources.
